Memories Within The Walls

In "Memories Within The Walls" you will be transported to the heart of the 1940s "Museo Carceri Le Nuove," a place steeped in history and suffering. You will be guided by the voice of Suor Giuseppina, who like a light, will accompany you through the dark corridors and cramped cells. You will have the opportunity to relive the memories and experiences of the inmates who once occupied those spaces, performing those simple acts that Suor Giuseppina personally did to help them.

Through the testimonies of survivors, you will have the opportunity to fully understand what it was like to live in that prison and the importance of preserving that memory. You will have the opportunity to freely explore the prison, where there will be writings that will allow you to discover relevant information about the structure of the prison and a history that is increasingly in danger of being forgotten.

Commands

Move the mouse to orient the character’s camera

Use W,A,S,D to walk

 Left click to open the door and relive the gesture of Suor Giuseppina and put the eggnog in the jar of medicine to bring a little 'sweetness to prisoners

Right click to take the notebook and grab the laundry cart

Press E to leave the laundry cart

Use the mouse scroll to prepare the milk, just as Suor Giuseppina did for the children of the prison.

Press 1, 2, 3, 4, to make the paper plane that represents the letters written by prisoners on death row
